Chocolate Fondant Recipe with Optional Raspberries

This chocolate fondant recipe is unbelievably easy and will assuredly blow your mind. Adapted from a French website, it is originally referred to as ‘Mother Anne’s Giant Truffle’. Be warned, this is no average ‘cakey’ delight – bid your average run-of-the-mill airy sponge consistency farewell. The inside is all fudge-y, melt-y, rich and nom. Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 8 minutes Ingredients (serves 6 … Continue reading Chocolate Fondant Recipe with Optional Raspberries

Best Oatmeal Cookies With Raisins, Nuts and Chocolate Chips Recipe

Right, so I know not everyone thinks oatmeal cookies constitute the most exciting snack, but that’s because they’ve never tried these (oh yes I did). I cannot remember how I found this recipe; I wrote it down ages ago and finally got to testing it out, and it beats any other I’ve tried before. It is a must. Le Sticky and Chewy Flat Cookie

As the title may have already hinted, this recipe will give you a flat, but incredibly sticky and chewy cookie. You can find similar recipes on countless blogs and websites, but I usually find them too sweet so I’ve changed a few things. Personally, they give me a mouthgasm; not saying I’m not partial to other cookies, but chewy ones really make my heart tick. … Continue reading Le Sticky and Chewy Flat Cookie

Chocolate Cookies Recipe

This is my favourite chocolate cookie recipe. My friends and family who used to rejoice and welcome these sweet treats have now turned on me for supposedly being responsible for their newly found love handles. But really, it’s not my fault that these are so yum and destroy any ounce of self-control you may have. They’re not crunchy cookies, in fact they are strangely cake-like (think hard brownies). … Continue reading Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Don’t worry though, I vow to find an amazing crunchy ‘chocolate cookies’ recipe as soon as possible. You will need the following ingredients to make these fitties: … Continue reading Chocolate Cookies Recipe II

This tart will serve 8 people and as you may or may not know, is a famous French specialty (so that if you’re not French or you’re not living in France, people will think you’re a master chef or something amazing of the sort). Le Soft and Chewy Thick Cookie

As you may have gathered from the title, this recipe will give you a thick, soft and chewy cookie. It is EXTREMELY similar to the sticky chewy cookie; the recipes differ very little apart from the amount of flour and sugar involved, as well as the way the dough balls are put together (you’ll see what I mean later). Again, ‘toppings’ are up to you, whether … Continue reading Le Soft and Chewy Thick Cookie
